Overview

Turkish American Professionals (TAP) TAP’s mission is focused on building a stronger network of professionals among the Turkish American community. TAP strives to connect Turkish Americans with each other as well as Turkish nationals with professional ties to the U.S. and Americans with similar ties to Turkey. To achieve this mission, TAP will use the following three-pronged approach: Vocational: TAP will work to connect Turkish Americans with others in their respective fields. We will also provide resume development and act as a career center for our members. Educational: TAP will host professional and academic events highlighting the strong bilateral exchange between the U.S. and Turkey. Social: TAP will coordinate frequent social and networking events to give its members a chance to meet each other and create connections. We do not prescribe to any particular political or religious leaning both in the U.S. or Turkey. Our goal is to highlight the diversity of both nations and find common community through our binational backgrounds.
