Our thermal cycling process uses a proprietary enhancement of cryogenics that realigns materials' granular structure, producing improved strength, reduced vibration and stress, better heat conduction, and enhanced resistance to rust and corrosion. Our process also makes treated materials less susceptible to bacterial incursion by tightening spaces in the material’s granular structure - especially important for medical and scientific metal tools and equipment. Our customers experience significant savings through reduced costs of parts’ replacement and the labor to install them with less downtime of critical equipment. TTS uses an environmentally friendly “green” process. Our computer-controlled, cycled application of liquid nitrogen, which has been “borrowed” from the air we breathe - returns it back into the air at the end of the process.
