Overview

Toyota Tsusho Connected Middle East FZCO (formerly known as TOYOTA Connected Middle East FZCO) was founded in October 2013. The company was established to expand telematics services in the Middle East and is primarily engaged with outsourcing the operations on behalf of its shareholders, Toyota Tsusho Corporation and TOYOTA Connected Corporation, by providing smartphone-based telematics services to TOYOTA and LEXUS vehicle owners through an outsourced call centre. These telematics services include two smartphone applications namely T-Connect and L-Connect. In addition to these services, Toyota Tsusho Connected Middle East FZCO also provides training and support to TOYOTA dealers in UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and Saudi Arabia, with their offices located in Dubai, UAE.
