We provide service trainings to complement our consultancy recommendations as we customised your service blueprint. We train your service specialists to anticipate your customer’s thoughts, feelings, and reactions receive excellent customer satisfaction. The other extension of arm is digital platforms in engaging the 3 profiles of customers - internal customers, external partners and organic customers. Our current development is HMC : a cloud-based SaaS platform combined with coaching to engage employees to be proactive and seek breakthroughs and resolutions in their career development.
