Transept is a corporate finance consultancy that works with management teams and capital providers to provide best-in-class transaction execution. Since being established in 2021 by Georgina Singer-Cullen, Transept has provided in-house transaction support to leisure, consumer and healthcare businesses undertaking acquisitions, disposals and debt financing.
