LLC “Tranfiber – Service” – “the laboratory of Electric Devices and Oil products” is accredited by “the center of accreditation” for technical competence and independence. Activities: LLC “Tranfiber – Service” is performing a set of services: Diagonal research: 1. Power transformers and autotransformers including 6 – 500 kV 2. Reactors including 500kV; 3. Current and Stain measuring Transformers including 6 – 500 kV 4. Thermal mountings and electric equipments thermal research Types of services: 1. Estimate the condition of electric equipments during the exploitation and maintenance, exams and measuring. 2. The analysis of insulation materials’ models at the laboratory. The goal of diagnostics is to estimate the real conditions of devices, to determine the rest resources and to collaborate the arrangements to work without wrecks and reliably 3.Taking the photos of thermal, technological and electrical mountings. Diagnostics and Service Serving: 1.To estimate the technical conditions of the devices; 2.To establish the types of defects, defiant reasons and complexity. To make up (compose) the map of defects and define the volume of repairs. 3.To collaborate the recommendations for improving the conditions of maintenances. The laboratory: 1.To detect the insulation moisture level basing on the results of "Water Head Run Test" and the temperature dependence of the insulation features. 2.To evaluate the insulation and the oil spaces contamination level basing on the data of the insulation features temperature dependence and the oil special analysis including the particles disperse analysis. 3.To determine the hard insulation degradation, aging, electrical connection overheating and contacts, solder level, partially discharging type and following exploitation conditions based on the Dissolved Gas Analysis. 4.To determine the level of deformation of the scrolls based on the special measuring.
