Overview

I have known Garry for well over 20 years and have used Trak to recruit a variety of roles, initially at Sanity Music and also at both Diva and Lovisa. Since Lovisa listed on the ASX, we have engaged Garry for a number of senior search assignments including CEO, CFO, Global COO and Head of People. Throughout my dealings I have found him easy to deal with, very responsive, he has a genuine interest and understanding of our business and goes to extra effort to come up with a result. Finally his network and knowledge of what's happening in retail and fashion is first class, which in addition to having access to outstanding candidates, provides us with additional HR information such as remuneration benchmarking.
