Overview

Tradizioni Padane was born in Gottolengo (BS) in 1991. We have always dedicated ourselves to the recovery of local culinary traditions by rediscovering the inestimable value of the handmade. The recipe for our success is made up of craftsmanship and natural raw materials, without colourings, preservatives and chemical flavourings. We have a vast range of products: from fresh stuffed pasta with very thin puff pastry filled and folded entirely by hand, to organic enriched dried pasta, from pasta with einkorn wheat to kosher certified products. By cultivating excellence we have become interpreters of Italian taste and have exported it all over the world, making it accessible to different cultures and traditions. We focus on quality without ever losing sight of attention to the environment: from the choice of organic raw materials to the use of sustainable packaging.
