Our support service offering spans the front and back store, from the call desk, managed services, and helpdesk to the onsite and break-fix support. Our professional service division includes business consulting and analysis, quality assurance, training, and Project Management Office. We expanded in supporting the retail banks and payment service providers in South Africa, we have implemented and managed onsite support for over 46,000 bank POS payment devices. Trade Link partners with a number of the global leading point-of-sale solutions for grocery, fashion, hospitality, and general retail markets.
