An automobile repair shop (also known regionally as a garage or a workshop) is an establishment where automobiles are repaired by auto mechanics and technicians. tuning is basically changing the parameters the software uses to control the engine and/or transmission behavior with the goal usually being to increase performance, make the software understand how to correctly work with different parts or add features the car didn't originally come with. Tuning can mean a lot of different things in the world of cars. Most would want to know how to tune a car to make changes to how your engine operates for some sort of benefit. Even with this more precise definition we still have a wide range of what tuning can be.
