TPI was founded by Sara M Clay, PC, a pioneer in the area of surrogacy law, after a decade in the arena of surrogacy related matters including hundreds gestational surrogacy agreements and parental establishments prior to birth. After working with countless surrogate agencies and clinics across the globe on nearly 600 alternative family building matters, her goal was to provide a unique surrogacy experience with an agency that is compassionate, cost effective, professional, and experienced.
