Tomas Ruiz was founded in 1909 and initiated operations in Coatzacoalcos Port, in Coatzacoalcos, Veracruz, where our Main Office is located today. Since its foundation Tomas Ruiz has been managed by owners and today one of the third generation and one of the fourth are working on a day by day basis. Our many years of experience (non-stop operations since 1909) gives us an advantage in providing our clients with the best service they can get in the attention of their vessels. We also assist our clients in any additional service they request considering our connections with authorities and prominent people in the local community and maritime authorities nationwide. At the present time we operate through four Ports, being them: Coatzacoalcos (Pajaritos), Veracruz. Dos Bocas, Tabasco. Cayo Arcas, Campeche. Salina Cruz, Oaxaca. The first three located in the Gulf of Mexico and the latter on the Pacific Ocean, having in each location fully operational offices and experienced personnel. In cases when we have been requested by vessels Owners and Operators to attend vessels in ports where we do not keep branches we have followed the practice to suggest and/or nominate as our subagent well established local agencies that meet the high standards require to do the job and with whom we have a good experience working with.
