The company was founded in 2022 with a Swedish and local Sri Lankan management team that has 20+ years of experience from the IT consulting and software industry. ToBeShore help companies in Northern Europe to find resources without compromise on quality, stability and security. We focus on long-term customer relationships with our hub concept as an alternative way to employment of developers.
