Created in 2003 by transport & logistics executives and operational managers, with a scope enlarging with an engineering structure to tackle defence & security domain, as well as strengthening the R&D dept, TLA gathers a recognized expertise in mounting and managing R&D and technological Innovation, Supply Chain & Transport / Logistics, Sustainable Development, Safety / Security, and Engineering issues and challenges. Its transverse activity of Assistance to the Contracting Authority (ACA) allows TL&A to combine Consulting and R&D expertises to manage Administrative / Financial aspects, cooperative projects’ coordination, as well as dissemination and technical aspects for Scientific coordination.
