Both legally and by our own value system, we are committed to acting in the role of FIDUCIARY for our Investment Management clients. This definition and classification is important to understand. Our fees in this area are based on Assets Under Management (AUM) and charged retro-actively for the prior three months of account management. No pre-payment of fees is involved. A simple Trading Authorization is given to us to manage your account with the selected Brokerage firm. We have no custody of funds or securities. • Broker/Dealers and certain Financial Planners are not held to the same Fiduciary standard.
