Tilt Up Painting was established in San Diego, California by owner Jose (Joey) Delavega and his family. We are a family of Licensed painters with over 27 years of combined experience in the Commercial and Residential Painting industry, in Southern California, Nevada and Arizona. We are excited to offer our custom painting design service to your Commercial or Residential project.
