Knowledge, research and education are indispensable building blocks for a good future. With a donation to the Tilburg University Fund, you personally contribute to the funding of groundbreaking research at Tilburg University, support educational innovations and give students the opportunity to study. Your support will make a difference. Tilburg University Fund creates social impact through education and research focusing on three promising but challenging strategic themes: empowering a resilient society, enhancing health and wellbeing, and creating value from data. These themes are drawn from the Dutch National Research Agenda and contribute to the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals. In this way, we support Tilburg University with putting its motto ‘Understanding Society’ into practice and offering others the opportunity to change their lives or make an impact on society. Tilburg University Fund is also making education at Tilburg University accessible for talented (international) students who lack financial resources. Studying in the EU is very expensive for young people from outside the EU as they are not eligible for the discounts that EU students receive on their tuition fees. In addition, the cost of living is often much higher in the Netherlands than in their home countries. A range of scholarships have been granted to highly talented students from around the world thanks to gifts from alumni and companies with close links to Tilburg University.
