Overview

Thrive Behavioral Care, LLC. is a mental and behavioral health organization aiming to help those we serve live a full and rewarding life. Using evidence-based approaches, we address all aspects of an individual to provide comprehensive and person-focused support. Our team incorporates data-driven psychological and behavioral strategies with socially and personally significant goals. We believe in the importance of finding balance between a research-informed intervention plan and an individual’s voice in their own treatment. To help others thrive, we must collaborate to determine what that means. Our team consists of compassionate and licensed individuals who strive to provide various clinical services. With over two decades of experience across different settings and individuals, Thrive offers research, consultation, assessment, treatment, training, and supervision in homes, day programs, and community care facilities. We value our direct work with consumers as well as involving interdisciplinary teams and significant others. Our services also include training and supervision for other care providers to increase understanding and skill building to provide better support. While Thrive initially began in the California Bay Area (USA), our services have expanded nationally to other states and internationally to other countries. We are involved in the dissemination of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) through Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB®) and Qualified Applied Behavior Analysis Credentialing Board (QABA®) supervision and mentorship, providing Authorized Continuing Education (ACE) and California Department of Social Services (CDSS) classes, teaching QABA® certified coursework, and supporting parents and special education teachers via trainings and case consultations. We believe everybody has the right to services and we offer support wherever and however we can. Thrive aims to distribute treatment and training to provide sustainable and generalized care.
