Threestones Capital (MEA) Ltd is situated in the Dubai International Financial Centre (“DIFC”), Dubai, UAE, regulated by the Dubai Financial Services Authority (“DFSA”),and part of Threestones Capital Group (Luxembourg). Threestones MEA aims at expanding Threestones Capital footprint in the Middle East and Asia by advising on financial products and arranging deals in investments. Threestones MEA acts as the preferential channel and bridge between Europe and GCC, primarily by promoting and marketing Threestones active funds, but also by signing distribution agreements with select external managers looking to raise new equity in the GCC. Threestones MEA has the expertise and network to source, structure and execute direct acquisitions through club deals combining capital from the GCC and the West. We both advise and invest directly via dedicated setup vehicles.
