Overview

Three Points Executive Search is a recruitment firm within the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry. We specialise in recruiting for roles in Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, Category Management, Shopper and Consumer Insights and ECommerce and Digital Marketing across the industry. Our Directors in Sydney and Melbourne are nontraditional recruiters having over 50 combined years in Sales and Marketing function at a National level with Major Blue Chip Multi-Nationals. Hence our knowledge of dealing with Woolworths, Coles, IGA, Foodworks, Aldi, and Costco is second to none. This is witnessed by our ability to attract support from leaders of these companies to be the guest speaker at our Annual Fundraising Function for our charity of choice ONE80TC. To date, we have raised over $1,600,000 and our most recent in February where Steven Cain-CEO Coles entered a Q&A with industry icon Bernie Brookes. Founded in 2004, our organisation saw a place for a niche in the market where we focus equally on the Three (equal) Points of the recruitment process- -The Client -The candidate -Three Points Executive Search Our focus involves search methodology with an emphasis on creating a relationship with Passive Candidates. These are people currently not Actively looking. When asked the question of these passive candidates 'Would you like to hear about an opportunity outside of your current employer' 9 out of 10 say yes. They may decide not to move after meeting with them, but we get a great insight as to the culture they would fit, their work ethic and capability. Our business is built on understanding the value of great people. We pride ourselves on knowing the best talent and understanding their key points of difference and the motivations that drive their success. Having personal relationships with our talent means we understand their aspirations, their strengths, and career objectives.
