Mindy is the founder and principal of Thomas Career Consulting with offices in suburban Philadelphia and New York City. Leveraging a holistic approach and her 20-year business background with a solid foundation of career counseling, Mindy’s services span career exploration, résumé writing and career coaching. Whether you’ve been downsized, fired, stuck in a dead-end job or simply don’t know what you want to do next, Mindy can help. Mindy is a Certified Professional Résumé Writer (CPRW), Certified Federal Job Search Trainer™ (CFJST), Certified Job and Career Transition Coach and Executive Leadership Coach. Mindy graduated from Georgetown University’s executive leadership program where she did extensive post-graduate work in the field of coaching. In addition to supporting her clients in her private practice as they explore new career options, Mindy serves as an adjunct professor at Immaculata University teaching numerous courses including Adult Development and Life Assessment, Organizational Behavior, Psychometrics, and Performance, Assessment, and Motivation. Prior professional appointments include Director of Admissions, Director of Placement, Community College Career Counselor and Legal Recruiter as well as working for a leading global outplacement corporation.
