Overview

A non-profit endeavor founded with French food designer, Marc Bretillot, at Paris des Chefs in January 2012 (mobile/tablet launch 2013) to discuss via video and digital technologies (including social media) the growing gap between global food and local cultures, society and industry, uncertain food futures and the act of eating. Noteworthy newcomer by Wallpaper Magazine, with conferences and workshops all over the world in both the public and private sector. The platform now has over 25,000 monthly visitors in over 100 countries. In 2015, thinking food design curated a 26 project international food design exhibition at Paris Design Week with a special invitation to the Design Academy Eindhoven, and the first ever BA dedicated to food design in an art school, Food Non Food.
