The Yoga spot is an expression of the practice of yoga in Lagos Nigeria. We like to think that The Yoga Spot is anywhere one can roll a mat to practice, we are lucky to have The Yoga Spot, Lekki a safe space with trained instructors where all can come in to practice. The Yoga Spot offers a series of yoga and teaching styles in the heart of Lagos, Nigeria. Collectively, the instructors have been serving the community since 2016. We pride ourselves on not only teaching quality yoga but fostering connections and relationships within the community. We believe in many different styles of yoga and inspire to offer something for everyone and every body! Our teachings are directed at creating the highest level of energy, vitality and freedom by working on physical strength, flexibility, proper alignment, breath and balance. We encourage you to listen to your body and respect its wisdom. If you suffer from injuries, have never taken yoga before or if you are an advanced practitioner, The Yoga Spot is a non-competitive and encouraging yoga space to explore, nurture, release and LIBERATE your mind, body and soul! The Yoga Spot is dedicated to making a difference in the world and helping others and walking the walk when it comes to sustainability. Our practice room has beautiful cork flooring.
