The Women’s Compliance Collective is the home base of Mastering the Compliance Inner Game, a live learning, capacity building, coaching and community experience designed for women in compliance by women in compliance. At its core, The Women’s Compliance Collective is a place for women to connect as humans, as women and as women in compliance. But it’s so much more. In joining The Women’s Compliance Collective, you join dozens of women engaged in the collective enterprise of growing our personal and professional leadership. Ours is a diverse learning community that crowdsources wisdom, empowerment and confidence to support members’ personal and professional growth. It’s a sharing community that leverages the power of our collective intelligences, lived experiences and, of course, compliance acumen to advance our collective well-being and personal and professional development! In short, it’s a place for women in compliance to connect, commune and come alongside each other. The Collective EMBRACES active listening, vulnerability, and deep purposeful connection.
