Ryan is the proud holder of five Real Estate designations, including NAR’s Green Designation, At Home with Diversity® (AHWD), Certified Transaction Coordinator, Certified Probate Real Estate Specialists (C.P.R.E.S), and e-PRO®. Prior to her 20+ years in the industry, she spent 22 years as the head surgical nurse at St. John's Hospital in Santa Monica. Dale has been happily married for 50 years and is the proud parent of 2 children & 3 amazing grandchildren. One of the joys of her life is working alongside her son, Ryan, in the Real Estate industry. Tanika Parker is a single mother of 3 who brings a wealth of experience to the real estate industry, having spent 8 years on the administrative side of both Residential & Commercial Real Estate, as well as 1.5 years as a tc for Always Be Closing - Transactions.
