We have the flexibility to customize service delivery to meet client requirements. Therapy Direct utilizes system tools for measurement and benchmarking. The tools are applied at the individual referral and treatment level. Our primary measurements include WCRI benchmarks and ODG guidelines. These measurements and guidelines are built into reporting by ICD10 coding, enabling comparison of actual to expected results. These results are used to monitor progress on an individual claims, to report on a customer and program level and as triggers for actionable review by peer and advisory clinicians, or as a cautionary flag to clinicians and claims handlers.
