Theramir’s proprietary technologies are based on microRNAs (miRNAs), a class of small non-coding RNAs that can regulate multiple genes and pathways associated with cancer growth and metastasis. The company has developed a panel of miRNAs, both biological and synthetic, which can affect the function and disrupt expression of an expanding list of oncoproteins that are dysregulated in most cancer types.
