The Parent Rooms (formerly We Are Pangs) is a mental health charity based in Northern Ireland. We support, empower and inspire parents to take control of their mental health recovery through peer support, wellbeing programmes and social activities that promote inclusion, reduce loneliness and allow everyone to feel part of a supportive community.
