The Northfield Highland Farm is an organic farm located in Waitsfield Vermont specializing in the production of quality beef products from their fold of Scottish Highland Cattle. The farm concentrates on raising grass fed and finished cattle with known provenance from birth to plate, raised and slaughtered ethically and humanely. Scottish Highlands produce lean, low cholesterol beef that is very high in Omega-3 fatty acids and which is highly sought after by chefs and consumers.
