Overview

The Learner Advancement Group was established in 2018 as a Non-Profit Organisation. In 2022 the management implemented a Social Enterprise Model inspired by a compelling mission to continue providing free psychosocial support and practical career coaching for pupils in various schools and communities while generating revenue by offering the workplace skills course for youths and recruits. The Learner Advancement Group NPO remains a Section 18a Public Benefit Organisation, and the LAG (PTY) Ltd is a trading operation. A portion of the revenue generated by LAG (PTY) Ltd contributes towards activities of the Learner Advancement Group NPO. Our Mission We implement impactful and life-changing learning interventions that support the success of high school pupils and promote the employability and performance of youth transitioning into the workforce and entrepreneurship. Our Vision Through effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders, we sought to become a trusted partner providing breakthrough and innovative interventions and support that transform the lives of pupils and youth in many parts of South Africa.
