Overview

Started in 2006 as a “flipping” business we bought, sold, and maintained multiple homes in the Northwest Ohio area. As the financial crisis of 2008 arrived, we evolved to Total Property Services, LLC and our mission was to help lenders navigate the foreclosure process. We have had the privilege to service over 1000 residential and commercial buildings throughout the Midwest. Fast forward some years later and today we are The JECO Group. We have encompassed all our services into one multi-disciplined firm that provides a wide array of facilities management and asset protection services to lenders, commercial/residential building owners, and federal entities.
