Full Stack Recruitment was launched by a group of coders in Melbourne, Australia. Having experienced the frustration of trying to identify great developer talent we decided to utilise our technical knowledge to create a better recruitment process for employers, hiring managers and candidates. We are recruiters who know how to code. Our candidate screening process has been developed in-house and includes coding challenges, a technical interview and a candidate consultation. We ensure that the candidates you meet have demonstrated their skills, knowledge and career preferences.
