Overview

The Big Shrimp Co., is located in an urban neighborhood in Pennsauken New Jersey. We are located less than 8 miles from Center City Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, 60 miles from Atlantic City New Jersey and 90 Miles from downtown Manhattan New York. The closeness to these cities will ensure a truly fresh shrimp. Our facility started taking shape in 2014 when we remodeled our building to include insulated walls and ceilings, solar panels, LED lighting, and tank-less water heaters. All these upgrades provide a very low carbon footprint. The shrimp we raise are hatched in Islamorada, Florida which are then shipped overnight to our facility at 11 days young, and are safely integrated into our farm which has been properly prepared specifically for shrimp.
