For 26 years we have developed agents to understand the full scope of Financial Services that entail all types of services and how to pair them with the right products in order to benefit our clients. You cannot have an insurance conversation without completely understanding the financial position of a client. We are not a "one size fits all, sell sell sell" organization. We have changed that dynamic within our organization and teach that to every advisor. It is no longer about the bottom line, it is about educating and empowering clients to recognize when something is not right. Our process is simple, to get to know the client, their family situation and most of all their goals. It is our objective to change the dynamic in this industry with education, compassion and a desire to service the client continuously. There is so much bad information and marketing designed to confuse clients in order to sell a product for the sake of selling. Combined with poor customer service and an unwillingness to understand the customer we practice "seek to understand and then to be understood".
