We were founded in 2019 and are headquartered in Berlin. We are currently developing coliving spaces in Berlin & Munich with 320 & 156 apartments, a variety of shared community spaces and our own F&B area. But this is just the beginning - thanks to our real estate partners, we have multiple projects in our pipeline in other major German cities.
