The Zygos Partnership was a leading international Executive Search firm specialising in finding Chairmen, Chief Executives, Finance and other Executive Directors, and Non-executive Directors. We were founded in 2002 by three of the leading figures in Board level executive search. Over a period of 15 years, we advised a wide variety of organisations at many stages of their corporate development, from start up to FTSE 100, together with a large number of other private and family companies. The Zygos Partnership was acquired by Russell Reynolds Associates in December 2017 and the entire team have integrated into Russell Reynolds, and relocated to Almack House, 28 King Street, London.
