It expands business of FPCs through its e-commerce, logistics, farmer facilitation and Entrepreneurship development Centers. 2. Varhad FCS Pvt Ltd helps artisans in setting up artisans producer companies and plans to incubate 1000 APCs for 1 million artisans. It helps these APCs through e-commerce, logistics, common facility, training and Entrepreneurship development Centers. It has developed a network of 193,000 farmers and 27,000 artisans across Central and North East India. Now it is expanding in Rajasthan and Andhra Pradesh. The advisory arm of the group, Varhad Capital, advises large companies in energy and transport sectors on designing hybrid strategies to counter clean disruption. Larger Indian companies can counter Energy and Transport Disruption through building hybrid product portfolio in short term to protect themselves and thrive by venturing into right clean technologies. Research arm of the group, Varhad FCS Pvt Ltd, conducts independent research on BSE listed companies including SME companies listed on SME platform. It also publishes opportunities in the Energy and Transport Disruption. Investment arm, Varhad Investment Managers Pvt Ltd, invests in Energy and Transport Disruptive start ups in India focused on microgrids, energy storage, solar energy, wind energy and fuel cell technologies. It also brings in technologies to accelerate the growth of such start ups.
