We teach charitable gift planning, the interface between major gifts and planned gifts, with three goals in mind -- to equip each frontline fundraiser to pursue the full array of giving strategies – both outright and deferred -- to strengthen the working relationship between every frontline fundraiser and the office of gift planning -- to improve staff motivation, morale, and money raised
