The Sales Managers’ Academy® was set up by Sales Leaders to help other Sales Managers and Professionals who have to provide commercial leadership. We use our experience and a variety of skills to help all types of Sales Managers develop the right skills and confidence they need for better results. **Typical challenges and how we solve them. If you are a new Sales Manager, this is a major transition which sometimes successful salespeople fail to make. We help you make the transition to your new role so you can be operating with maximum effectiveness as quickly as possible. We help you acquire the knowledge you need and can help show that you have done that.
