Overview

The property inspector provides property inspection services for both tenants and for owners taking over a new property. This inspection will include a detailed inspection of the property identifying damages, poor workmanship, defects and maintenance issues. It will also provide a report on the power supply to the unit as well as an MEP and plumbing assessment.
