One of our highest commitments is to access. We recognize that most neurodivergent learners struggle to succeed in a traditional learning environment; that appropriate and reasonable accommodations are rarely offered or presented, which makes access difficult and cumbersome. The design of everything from content, to delivery, to assessments has been done with accommodation and access in mind. In addition, part of our onboarding process is to meet with and discuss individualized learning needs and accommodations. How is this different? Acknowledging the experience of neurodiverse people allows for a deeper exploration of lived experiences, and a much more nuanced view of how these experiences impact leadership and leadership issues. We are a neurodiversity affirming company and built it in as a core of our leadership curriculum with an emphasis on strengths and authenticity.
