The Milieux Project, Inc, a 501 (c)(3) company, is a service designed to connect girls and women to aviation. Our focus is on creating change in the field we think benefits most from an increase in diversity - aviation. Flying is the most amazing thing a human being is capable of doing, and we want to share it with every able-bodied person we meet. With the current crisis to hire more pilots faced by the airlines, our mission is laser-focused and ready to help point talent to the right company for them. We seek out partnerships with other like-minded organizations that strive to increase diversity and inclusiveness.
