GOOD FOOD CAN BE VEGAN. How it all began... We've started 2014 with our Chefs & Co. Traiteur in Amsterdam. A company that has been run for six years by us, the sisters Helen and Martine Hissink. In 2016 we've swapped our shop info the Chefs Poulet & Frites concept store, where we sell chicken from our rotisserie and fresh fries. Because we couldn't find a nice and tasty mayonaise, we started to create the sauces our selves. This was a great success and and in 2018, we've developed a plant based and sugar free mayo under the brand The Mayo Sisters. We have launched our brand at Horecava in Jan. 2020. There is so much demand for it that we now have our plant based and sugar free mayonaise produced in a professional factory for Retail & Foodservice. A Piri Piri version is being produced as well as a Truffle and Aioli version. All our sauces and spices are vegan, gluten free, sugar free, lactose free and contains no added colors or flavors and/or E-numbers like Sulphite and EDTA. All our sauces are 15% less fat, Clean Label, and GMO free. Recently we became partner with Proveg.com, and a member with the Vegan Friendly label. We also have received our official status at V-label Europe which is an internationally recognized, registered symbol for labelling vegan and vegetarian products. In november 2020 we have launched our plant based & sugarfree Truffle mayo, Piri Piri mayo and our Aioli mayo! Now available in stores and wholesale. In 2021 we have written our Family Cookbook with over 40 vega(n) recipes. Second edition had been printed last month. Do proud. This year 2022 we have developed freezable options and multiple ways of packaging, flavors and sizes. In May 2022 we have launched our sauces at PLMA.
