In 1986, the company expanded to the following four core business: Tenant Brokerage, Developer/Landlord Site Brokerage, Site Development, and Consulting. The firm is a member of the Retail Brokers Network which is a national retail networking group whose members specialize in Retail Real Estate Brokerage. These firms work together on a regional, national, and international projects in all areas of commercial real estate including: tenant representation, investment sales, and project leasing.
