I'm Chris James and I'm a Health & Lifestyle Behaviour Change Coach. Having been a Police Officer, dad and foster dad, I realised that my own health was taking a back seat. I could either just leave it to chance or make a change. I tried, I failed, I tried again and through trial and error came up with the system I use today. I founded The Limitless Man Project in October 2020 and have helped countless guys to find that sustainable solution to their health, fitness and lifestyle.
