The Leadership Assembly is a collective of facilitators, united by a common purpose. We remain attentive to the evolution of leadership and partner with leaders to support them to transform how they lead. Through thousands of coaching sessions and facilitated conversations for over 2 decades, we have inquired, listened and paid close attention to your needs. We exist to equip you with the skills to be learners, observers and facilitators. We honour the underpinning skills associated with contemporary leadership. We appreciate it is the capacity to observe emergence, appreciate nuance and draw from a deeper wisdom that defines the practice of good leadership.
