The Initiative was founded by Thibault Bouquet de Joliniere, Romain Ribera, Romain Dreyfus and Youri Michel who decided to combine their skills to help other entrepreneurs like themselves to bring their food and beverage concepts to life. Their combined expertise has been built over a decade working in the industry, launching and managing an eclectic range of hospitality outlets including five-star hotels, restaurants and nightclubs globally.
