Overview

We use two ingredients, honey, spring water (and time) to craft the most refined honey wine at our Sonoma County winery. We add value to forests by making trees more valuable by sourcing honey from these forests. This is achieved through the pollen and nectar from flowering forest trees in the tropics, which in turn, produces honey for our wine.
