Overview

Flour, for everyone :) Our story started when Chef Jen Peters discovered she was gluten-intolerant. Determined to find a way to enjoy her favourite foods like, breads, pastas and baked goods, she got to work researching how to create a gluten-free, hassle-free all-purpose baking blend that would allow Jen to enjoy life without giving up her favourite foods or settling for low-quality alternatives. To make the challenge even harder (we chefs love a good kitchen challenge) we promised ourselves to stay GMO-free, avoid all major allergens and select every ingredient for the highest nutritional content possible. The result is a product line that is gluten-free, allergen-free, additive-free and hassle-free. It’s time to get off the wheat and feel good about flour again.
