We are saying ‘no’ to inequality, but what are we saying ‘yes’ to? At THE GLOBAL UNION's • GU-GHCF's - GLOBAL WOMEN ASSOCIATION, EQUAL & PEACE AFFAIRS (MDGWAEPA), it is our goal to increase women leadership, political participation, enhancing their economic empowerment, ending violence and crime against women and girls, engaging women & youth in all aspects of peace, humanitarian actions, and promoting equality. Self-awareness, experience and education are key areas to focus on to accomplish these goals. Instead of resisting we have to reshape the way we think, to envision a new culture, changing our mindset and attitude, accompanied by an ethical awakening. Ultimately it’s about working together to ensure sustainability for our current and future generations. Recently in August 2018, the GLOBAL UNION • GU-GHCF (the global supranational-intergovernmental organization which organizationally includes the intergovernmental foundation) also welcomed the signing of the GU's GLOBAL WOMEN ASSOCIATION, EQUAL & PEACE AFFAIRS (MDGWAEPA) which include the GU's GLOBAL AWARD-CERTIFICATE, and reports directly to the President’s global office. It has been personally designed by the President’s global Office and his Delegation, to support and empower women around the globe. It has been designed to promote equality, support women in leadership positions, their political participation, their economic selfreliance, ending violence and crime against girls and women, women’s participation in all peacemaking events, protection, rescue as well as security and humanitarian activities. THE GLOBAL UNION which organizationally includes, the GU's Global Houmard & Co. Foundation, the GU's Councils, GU's Associations and GU's Agencies acts independently at the international level, in an supranational-intergovernmental and neutral manner and is officially registered at the Swiss Federal Department for international Foundations and Organizations.
